As your coach, my job is not to teach you anything, per se, but to help you identify what you would like or need to learn, and then support you to learn it.
Coaching is a very individual experience and is therefore unique for each person and team. The best way to understand what your coaching journey may look and feel like is to book a free 30 minute call so we can have a chat!
We offer both the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and Genos Emotional Intelligence assessments as standalone services or as part of a coaching engagement.
About Michelle
I have two mantras by which I live and coach – the first is that I can achieve beyond my own expectations, and it’s up to me to make it happen. The second is a quote from Maya Angelou, “…people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”.
Prior to becoming a coach, I had a successful 17-year career in high-risk industries, primarily oil & gas and construction. As a Chemical Engineer, I began in a graduate role in 1998 and 17 years later I was in a C-Suite Engineering Management role leading an organisation of 350 people located across the Asia-Pacific region.
This deep operational and leadership experience affords me a first-hand understanding of my clients and the challenges they face in their roles – and therefore, an ability to guide, stretch and challenge them in a unique and empathetic way.
After leaving a traditional corporate role in early 2014, I founded my own coaching and consulting business, becoming an ICF (International Coaching Federation) credentialled coach in 2015. Since then, I have gained more than 500 hours of coaching experience and have had the privilege of coaching more than 70 clients in a variety of settings and industries, including multiple:
- Organisational settings – small business owners through to employees in 10,000+ employee multi-national companies.
- Organisational levels – C Suite, Directors, Senior Managers, Mid-Level Managers, New Managers, High Potential Employees, Individual Contributors.
- Industries – technology, construction, banking & finance, gaming, not for profit, manufacturing, health care.
- Countries and cultures – Australia, India, America, Canada.
